We’ll be meeting in Abilene, at Walt’s Four Seasons Campground & Country Store.
8:30 AM – 3 PM – Doors will open for informal networking at 8:30, and we’ll begin our event at 9 AM. The business meeting will be after lunch. We expect we’ll wrap up by 3.
Registration is $20 per person (please bring cash or check). Lunch is included. Dietary restrictions should be addressed to Kelly McKenzie: bk@walts4seasonscamp.com.

AGENDA
The event’s agenda is fluid. The morning will be dedicated to member-driven campground operational and managerial discussions, mixed in with a few brief visits from some guests speakers. We’ll break for lunch, and then hold our business meeting (agenda below), and then we’ll continue with getting more acquainted and focusing in on member issues regarding their parks.

ONLINE SESSIONS
Members enjoyed the additional benefits of online sessions, so we’re continuing the trend. We hear that members need industry insight soon after the summer season to begin to research and implement large-scale projects for their off-season.
Therefore:
- Join by 9/15 and not only gain a member listing in our printed guide but also jump into the online sessions without missing a beat! These information and networking online sessions begin on or shortly after 9/15, and is in place of seminars and networking at our spring conference. See our Upcoming Events page for details.
- The industry supplier members are given opportunities to present an introduction to their company and products via an introductory video on our roster, plus webinars or online educational sessions. See our Upcoming Events page for details.
- Members participate from wherever they are! Networking is an important component of membership!
- Our business meeting is held on the last Tuesday in February, when members will hear our annual report and elect directors to the vacant seats on our Board of Directors. Details will be announced closer to the date.
- We invite you to also watch an introductory message from some of our industry supplier members on the roster, and you participate in their online sessions (please monitor the Upcoming Events page for those sessions).
IN PERSON
We meet in-person on the last Tuesday in February each year for a business meeting and park owner networking.
